Terms of Use

Please read these Product Terms & Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Berketex Bride makes items available to you via Berketex Bride Online.

Pricing Policy

If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our returns policy.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by requesting a RMA number by emailing here. Your refund will be paid within 30 days of us receiving the goods back. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. We would expect the purchaser to cover the cost of return postage to us. We would make any exchange without additional postal charges from us.

In the event of a return of goods for a refund we do not refund the postage paid on the original order.

Alterations Policy

The price of items EXCLUDES all costs IN RESPECT of ALTERATIONS or fitting work, howsoever this service is provided. Please note gowns are designed to be worn with underwear, including a suitably structured brassier (bra).

Sizing Policy

All gowns are supplied in standard sizes, please note gowns are made to order not made to measure.

Colour Policy

Due to fabric and dyeing restrictions, we are unable to guarantee an identical colour between swatches given out and/or original store samples. Swatches provided should be regarded as an indication only. This applies to all fabrics, laces, embroidery, beading and other trimmings or embellishments.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder
